Judiciary Receives Final Report from EU Election Observation Mission

The Judiciary, led by His Lordship Justice Rizine Mzikamanda, SC, the Chief Justice of the Republic of Malawi, received the final report from the EU Election Observation Mission Malawi 2025 on Thursday, 11th December 2025.

The Chief Justice was joined by the Honourable Justice of Appeal Dorothy NyaKaunda Kamanga, SC, Chairperson of the Judiciary Committee on Elections.

The Mission presented its final report, which included key recommendations based on its observations of the 2025 elections.

The mission thanked the office of the Chief Justice for excellent collaboration throughout the mission’s duration. In the period leading to the 2025 elections, the mission had engaged the Judiciary in a series of consultative meetings.
