Ruling - TA Chidzuma and others vs Impala Farming Ltd and Pyxus Agricultural Limited

The Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal has discharged an order that had stayed the enforcement of a High Court judgment in a land dispute involving Traditional Authority Chidzuma and others against Impala Farming Company Limited and Pyxus Agriculture Limited. The Court ruled that the stay had been granted prematurely, emphasising that applications for such relief must first be determined by the High Court before being escalated.
