Election Cause No. 11 of 2025 - Before Hon. Justice Gloria Alinafe Namonde

The High Court of Malawi has dismissed an application by Mike Chimzukila, who sought an interlocutory injunction restraining the Malawi Electoral Commission from announcing parliamentary election results for Bwaila Constituency. The Court found the application flawed, having been brought under incorrect legal provisions and for lacking subsisting proceedings to ground the relief sought.
